BAUER B-SECURUS CARTRIDGE
B-SECURUS® - Electronic Moisture Monitor System
A factory-installed system that warns the operator of the expiration of the life of the cartridges.
The B-SECURUS Transmitter receives signals concerning the condition of the drying agent inside the B-SECURUS cartridge from the attached sensors. It supplies the appropriate control signals whenever the preset threshold values have been reached.
B-SECURUS Cartridge
The B-SECURUS Cartridge is packed with a catalyst that converts carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide, activated carbon that absorbs oil vapors, a molecular sieve, which absorbs oil and water, and the sensor components of the B-SECURUS Electronic Moisture Monitor System.
B-SECURUS Transmitter
The B-SECURUS Transmitter relays the operating condition of the -SECURUSII Electronic Moisture Monitor System to the operator control interface.
The B-SECURUSII issues a warning when the B-SECURUS cartridge is approaching saturation to warn the user to prepare to change the B-SECURUS cartridge.
Once the B-SECURUS cartridge has reached total saturation, the B-SECURUS monitor will issue an alarm condition to the operator interface and shut down the unit.
The operator can restart the compressor unit once the B-SECURUS cartridge has been replaced with a new one.
