Gas-Assist Injection Technology (GIT) enhances the traditional molding process of manufacturing plastic components. Nitrogen is introduced into the molten plastic during its injection into the plastic mold, displacing material and enhancing the cooling of the material.
Successful implementation brings a number of process cost-saving advantages, including:
