Nitrogen Control Units NCU2/NCU4

Overview - The nitrogen control units run two programs. The lower PLC runs a ladder logic type files that have a .SRL extension.These files are compiled and downloaded via the on board PLC Software.

The Upper section of the Controller is a PC based system used for interfacing with the PLC unit. This section runs a .exe file (started by the last line of the autoexec.bat file)

The following Windows based programmed may be used to connect to any Bauer Compressors Inc. packages using the Mitsubishi FX series Programmable Logic Controllers. All such controllers will contain a 9-Pin serial Port. The operating parameters of these devices may be configured using the programs below, connected via a Null Modem cable from the comm port on your laptop directly to this port. Nitrogen Control Units and various other Industrial packages will come equipped with an extenal port on the electrical enclosure that will accept a standard straight 9-pin cable without opening the enclosure.

PC Interface for the version II NCU systems (NCU4, NCU2, NCM) units (self expanding windows exe), requires standard serial cable from COM1 or COM2 port

BC_LINK.exe - Beta interface for Compressor units with Mitsubishi PLC Control (self expanding windows exe)

Auto_Alternator.exe - Interface for Monitoring and configuring the BCI auto alternation panel using the Mitsubishi FX PLC series (self expanding windows exe)
