CvB Nitrogen Systems

CvB, a joint venture comprised of Cv International , Inc. of Torrance California and its manufacturing partner, Bauer Compressors Inc. of Norfolk Virginia design, develop, and produce Mobile and Stationary generators and accessories for military , airline and industrial service throughout the world... especially successful in elimiating the significant logistics cost penalties associated with obtaining inert gas in remote locations where nitrogen is unavailable.


	Mobile Nitrogen Generators Mobile nitrogen generators are portable sources of high and low pressure inert gas which can be readily transported to point of use, moved about the tarmac to service aircraft or act as a service point for cylinder carts. Special accessories such as Infra-red Coolant Gas Rechargers also enable missle system servicing.
Stationary Nitrogen Generators CvB electric-powered nitrogen generators are specifically designed for use in wheel and tire shops and similar maintenance facilities. Stationary units provide a central source for clean, dry, nitrogen gas which can be piped to point of use at pressures up to 6000 psig and purities up to 99.5%

Membrane gas Separator

CvB Nitrogen Generators use the Permea Prism Alpha Membrane Air Separator to produce nitrogen gas from surrounding air. The hollow fiber membrane air separator makes it possible for CvB to produce low cost, high and low pressure nitrogen gas with a completely self contained inert gas generator.

Ambient air is compressed and supplied to the separator where various gases such as oxygen, water vapour, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons are released to the atmosphere leaving a nitrogen rich gas that is compressed for storage and use.
